Option 1:
To sign up for one-time or recurring monthly payments at no charge via ACH (e-check):
Go To:  www.propertypay.cit.com  
You will need the Great North Account Number* assigned to you. 
 
Option 2:
Payments can be made via check. Checks should be made payable to:
Assabet Village Condo Trust and include the Great North account number* assigned to you.

Payments can be made via credit card with applicable fees from CIT Bank. 
Sign up at: www.propertypay.cit.com. You will need the Great North Account Number* assigned to you.

Paylease (fee applies). Log in to Great North Property Management at greatnorth.net.
At the top of the page you will see 
"Connect Login". Click to register or log in.
 
Option 5:
Use your private banking online pay system. (See your bank for further details.)
Note, this payment method takes 10-15 business days to clear and may not be posted to your ASV account on time and could result in a late fee being assessed to your account.
